About Easternmystic Cats

I have had a love and passion for cats since being a child which probably results from the ferral litter born in an outbuilding at my Grandparents home, I was told not to go near them - so I did. I have had cats since then and I exhibited and bred Siamese in the late 60`s early 70`s. I also owned a beautiful Devon Rex at that time who became a Champion.

David wasn`t very interested in cat shows at that time (he is now !) so we decided to show dogs, my Kennel Club prefix is Zarzakos which was derived from the first three Afghan Hounds we owned. The world of dog showing soon took over our lives and we have enjoyed success over the years exhibiting throughout the U.K

We have made many good friends through our hobbies. We are both Afghan Hound Championship Show Judges and I am also a Judge of Sussex Spaniels, we have owned Champions and Junior Warrant winners in both breeds.

A few years ago we decided to return to my first love - showing and breeding my cats, all of which we love and cherish dearly, they give us lots of fun and pleasure and we could not imagine life without them.
